February is a great month to observe the many Snowdrops collections across Europe. For this weekend my suggestion falls on the beautiful collection of the marvelous Glesnevin Botanical Garden. Here is some of what you can find!

Galanthus nivalis

Native of the Greek Aegean Islands, it is a small species very similar to the G. wronowii, distinguished from the latter by the size of the green mark that should occupy at least half of the inner petals and the color of the foliage is darker.
